Grounded Collaboration Agreement

Grounded is a platform that provides women a space to share their stories and promote their interests. Occasionally Grounded will partner with a party for an event, mutual interests, or a promotional activity. Regardless of the collaboration, intellectual property belonging to Grounded including, but not limited to its: 

Branding: logo, slogans, catch phrases, etc.

Content: videos, photos, blogs, flyers, podcasts, social media content, etc.

Products: merchandise, promotional items, etc.

Other: any other works registered or otherwise, created before, during, or after a collaboration. 

...is solely the property of Grounded. The Grounded, website, social media channels, podcast and any other outlet produced by Grounded is solely the property of Grounded and shall remain the property of Grounded throughout the duration of a collaboration and forever thereafter. The use of the Grounded name, logo, or intellectual property without written consent is prohibited.

Intellectual property belonging to a party prior to their partnership with Grounded, shall remain the property of that party throughout the duration of their collaboration with Grounded and forever thereafter. 

Grounded Earnings & Promotional Activities

Parties who participate in special activities such as an interview or podcast do so with the understanding that it is a "non paid" activity. Grounded is fully and solely entitled to any earnings generated as the result of its promotional activities including fees, ads, events, conferences, sales, podcasts, and its collaborations with other parties unless otherwise specified in the form of a written agreement. 

Parties who generate revenue as the result of a promotional activity that is promoted on the Grounded platform for their specific brand or business are fully entitled to their earnings unless otherwise specified in the form of a written agreement. 

All parties reserve the right to cancel a partnership or collaboration at any time.
